Chairman of Oral Image, Inc. is Dr. Cyrus Tahmasebi, a celebrated Dental industry visionary who has provided invaluable services to numerous initiatives including the introduction of digital design with CAD modeling to 3D printing for dental prostheses in the US, UK and Canada. Dr. Tahmasebi has dedicated his career to the advancement of minimally invasive dentistry via technology and innovation.
Backing up Dr. Tahmasebi is a team of technology-oriented dental laboratory owners and operators who, collectively, have manufactured tens of thousands of dental appliances over a combined 100 years in California and Oregon.
Dr. Cyrus Tahmasebi, D.D.S, F.A.C.D., Chairman, has demonstrated his commitment to leveraging technology to improve dental care around the world. He served as Medical Director for BriteSmile innovating laser tooth whitening, was CEO of GlamSmile, introducing CAD modeling to 3D printing of dental veneers internationally, and managed research and development and training for a major dental manufacturing and laboratory company. He is committed to technology-driven, cost-effective, and minimally invasive dental care innovations. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Dental School.
V. John Mansfield, CEO, is a management professional with corporate board experience in companies across multiple lines of business, including insurance, healthcare, advanced technology, cleantech and corporate finance. John is a seasoned strategist passionate about driving innovations in industries that have vision and capabilities to scale new platforms that can improve lives and expand opportunities. John brings a background in professional corporate governance and organization to new enterprises. He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (Economics), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Vinh Lam, Chief Revenue Officer and Director of Business Development is an advanced dental technology specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in innovative prothesis design and development. He helped dentists learn and adopt modeling techniques for major national and international dental industry suppliers and manufacturers. Vinh was an early adopter of 3D printing technology for use in dental laboratories to improve speed and accuracy of prosthesis manufacturing. He is a founder and principle in 3 L Laboratories in San Diego, CA. Vinh is a graduate of Tulane University and the Louisiana State University of Dentistry.
Vien Lam, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer is an IT specialist with advanced experience in enterprise network solutions. He is a founder of a successful IT company, 3 L Networking. He also co-founded 3 L Laboratories with his brothers. His management and technology skills have helped 3 L Laboratories propel their business with state-of-the-art digital production techniques. Vien is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles in Mathematics and Applied Science.
Peter Phan, Director, Dental Laboratory Operations, has owned and operated TC Dental Laboratories since 2006. TC Labs is a multi-million-dollar producer of dental prostheses for local, national and international clients. Peter credits investment in advance technology in the dental products manufacturing process to the success of TC Labs. Peter graduated from Portland State University with a BA (Business and Marketing) and from the Dental Laboratory Technology program at Portland Community College.
David Mai, Director, Dental Appliances Research and Development, is a skilled innovator and technology adopter with both formal and hands-on dental manufacturing experience. He founded Blaze Dental Lab which he merged into TC Labs in 2017. He also started Pactrak, LLC, a software developer and distributor of the Medit i500 Intraoral scanner to enable TC Labs to bring digital dentistry closer to dental clients for the purpose of reducing treatment times, improving accuracy and lowering costs. Dave is highly qualified in the field of modeling dental prostheses with 3D printing technology. He graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and from the Dental Laboratory Technology Program at Portland Community College.
Steven A. Cunningham, Secretary and General Counsel, is a seasoned and skilled attorney with more than 30 years’ experience in corporate, securities and international law. He was a partner at Troutman Sanders, LLP as well as other prestigious law firms in Atlanta, GA. His broad experience includes assisting companies with equity and debt financings, including IPOs and venture capital, and handling mergers and acquisitions. He has served as primary counsel for companies in numerous industries, including technology and healthcare. Steve graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude from the University of Alabama.
